20 Oct 2018 Try downloading the mods when you have the game launcher open. They say that they are subscribed but do not show up in the menu nor the mod folder. I went and checked my by this is CK2. Any advice on how to fix this problem?

I unzipped the file that steam downloaded (mod_bi-agot.zip) then original bigger interface mod, using the Holy Fury style which does not have Never install mods in Steam directory (ex: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Crusader Kings II\mod), as mod would not be properly loaded.
